My Journey To Healing
For years, I lived in survival mode, believing that my struggles were just something I had to endure. I spent my life running physically, emotionally, and mentally—avoiding the pain that lived inside me. Like many, I tried to “fix” myself through traditional therapy, medication, and numbing behaviors, only to find that nothing truly changed.
It wasn’t until I discovered somatic healing and nervous system regulation that everything shifted. I realised that trauma isn’t just a story in our minds—it’s stored in our bodies. No amount of thinking could override the deeply ingrained survival responses I had been living with for years.
Through breathwork, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed coaching, I learned how to feel safe in my body again. I stopped running, stopped numbing, and finally began the process of true healing. Today, I help others do the same—guiding them through nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-awareness so they, too, can move beyond survival and into a life of alignment and freedom.
